200g couscous
½ cucumber, optional
2 tomatoes, diced
1 onion
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch flat-leaved parsley, chopped
2 mint leaves, chopped (according to taste)
salt
Instructions :
Cook the cous cous according to the instruction
and than mix all the ingredients together
note : lemon could be squeezed when you want to eat .
